About Me
April 4, 2001: “It’s non-small cell lung cancer. It’s not curable. The two-year survival rate is zero.”
My children were three and one, and I was six months pregnant with my third child.
He lived 15 months and died on the Fourth of July, 2002.
For 22 years I’ve been a student of grief.
Every new season in my family’s life brings a new understanding of grief.
Let me offer compassion and empathy while I share what I’ve learned to ease your journey.
Book Me to Speak
Grief affects everyone.
Grief is experienced after many kinds of loss, not only after the death of a loved one. You may be grieving the loss of a relationship, loss of a dream, loss of a job, death of a pet, or many other kinds of loss.
When someone near you grieves, you are affected.
Does your group need compassion, empathy, education, and encouragement about living with the many facets of grief?
Book a single workshop, a series, or a retreat for your group to learn about grief, how to grieve well, and how to support those around you who are grieving.
